The Quality Control and Technical Support department is an independent unit responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of both newly developed and mass-produced products. The team handles incoming material inspection, inline production checks, functional and aging tests, and final product verification. Technical support provides installation guidance, remote troubleshooting, firmware and software update assistance, and customer training while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Sample Policy

Guarantee
Warranty: Standard warranty is 12 months for the whole unit against manufacturing defects. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or the product. Export/Import Support
