All materials and components are 100% domestically sourced. The majority of raw materials and key parts are produced in-house at our facilities or through local suppliers. A portion of components is procured from nearby manufacturers to complement our in-house production and shorten lead times. Our production is fully domestic, integrating in-house fabrication with nearby component suppliers. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The Quality Control and Technical Support department is an independent unit responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of both newly developed and mass-produced products. The team handles incoming material inspection, inline production checks, functional and aging tests, and final product verification. Technical support provides installation guidance, remote troubleshooting, firmware and software update assistance, and customer training while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Sample Policy
Sample policy: For small portable items, we provide free samples upon approved request; customers cover express shipping. For full-size chairs, a sample fee or shipping cost may apply. Some sample fees are refundable against confirmed bulk orders.
Guarantee
Warranty: Standard warranty is 12 months for the whole unit against manufacturing defects. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or the product. Warranty excludes misuse, modification, unauthorized repair and normal wear. To claim, contact Customer Service with proof and photos.
Export/Import Support
Export and import support: We assist with export documentation and certifications (CE, RoHS, ETL, where applicable) and provide packing lists, commercial invoices and certificate copies for customs. For project orders, we support FOB and CIF documents and coordinate with freight forwarders.

We design, manufacture, and export massage chairs and portable massagers.
